Which option is the best while visiting to Europe?

Many people asked me how to go to Europe and which is the best way to join a tour agency and to go free and easy.

My suggestion is _

Go free and easy, managing your trip as you wish if you want to visit only one country.

In contrast, you should choose the option of travelling with tour groups if you want to visit several countries simultaneously.

The Advantages of Agency

(1) Using a huge coach, travelling for long journeys between two cities or countries is very convenient and saves more time to visit many places. You can leave your belongings on the bus while you wander around the new place as bringing many items can be stressful. The mode of free and easy may give you trouble carrying many bags along your journey.

(2)
You can get the best travel itinerary for your visa. Also, you don't need to stress to book many hotels and transportation.

(3)
You don't need to waste time finding food and restaurants in new places. They can suggest the location, price and available food. My tour package included the 60% meal plan, therefore I got the best experience of local meals introduced by them.

(4)
You can be annoyed waiting for so long if you arrive before check-in time at Free and Easy mode, but the agency brings you the attraction places first if it's not the time to check-in. As you don't need to worry about your luggage, I would say good idea for time management.

Additionally, most hotels provide better rooms for the tours which are regular customers of their hotels.

(5)
No need to worry about entrance tickets like the Eiffel Tower and Vatican City because those are included in the tour package. Some tickets have to be bought earlier, even before you arrive there. If you don't, you will waste your time queuing at the ticket booths.

(6)
They collaborate with local guides, so we get to know more about their cultures, history and traditions from those guides. Moreover, we can reach all attraction points in a shorter time by the arrangement of local people.

(7)
Costs for some activities, hiring local buses and required tools, are included in the tour package. For instance, planning for sledging by ourselves is quite challenging. We need transportation to climb to the ice mountain, and we have to apply permit to do sledging to a designated authority.

(8)
In Venice, the agency arranges water taxis to transport the visitors to the hotel located at Islands. No need to pay additional fees.

(9)
The workshops such as the Cuckoo Clock Workshop in Germany and the Glass Blowing Workshop in Venice will be arranged by the agency without added any costs.

All right! There are some drawbacks to joining tour groups as well. Check below.

Disadvantages of Agency

Of course, you cannot be entirely satisfied because you are not travelling alone.

  • You may not get enough time to take photos. A limited time will interfere with you.
  • You must be patient waiting for others if they take advance for a longer time
  • You must follow others' decisions if most of them agree to do
  • You cannot stop wherever you wish
  • You will not be allowed to leave alone as the agency doesn't want any unexpected problem

Which option is the best?

If you have enough money and plan to visit there frequently, you should travel one by one. Spend more time in a country and learn more about their culture. You can go with "free and easy".

On the other hand, if you don't have much time and it's difficult to arrange a single trip, you should join the travel agency. It will make you comfortable and save time.

Please make sure that our environment is not destroyed by our actions.
