Many tourists are excited to try local food since their eyes open in the morning. Therefore, let's start breakfast. I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast even if they provide it and walking down to the local Market or Tea Shops in your neighbourhood.  Kalaw Market is the best place for breakfast. As I mentioned in the previous post, various traditional foods are available in the market. Shan Noodle has two options, dry salad or soup. Warm Tofu also contains a few amount of noodles. They match with sweet and sour preserved vegetables which are served together. Steam meats with banana leaf also quite popular. You can choose meat, fish, chicken or pork. Those are very tasty and healthy foods for breakfast. Shan Noodle Soup, Warm Tofu and Fried Tofu Steam Chicken with Banana Leaf Shan Noodle Dry Warm Tofu There are many lunch options in Kalaw. The Most Peaceful Town in Myanmar

Image
Kalaw is one of the famous towns in Myanmar. It is located above Sea Level 4297ft on the eastern mountain ranges. There are two options to reach there from Yangon, the Business City of Myanmar. One option is to use the road and the other option is to use the plane. Using a Bus or private van will take about 9 hours, but another option will take only 45 minutes if you take a domestic flight. Why is Kalaw popular for travelling?  One reason is its cool weather. As a highland, the weather is always between 22C and 26C even in summer. The second reason is its unique building design. Most are European style because they were built during the British Colony period.  Another reason is its culture. Both its location and the residents' nature are quite peaceful. The last one is that it is one of the best places for hiking and trekking.     How to get there? If you are outside Myanmar, firstly, you have to come to Yangon or Mandalay where the international airport is loca...

Whether you are a coffee lover or not, you must go to Luwak Coffee Yard because the production is strange and totally different from the usual coffee you ever drink. Sound strange, right? But don't judge quickly and try to listen to more stories about them.  Why did they produce coffee from the drop of an animal?  The first reason is that Civet eat only certain cherries which are ripe and flawless. Therefore, the qualities of the coffee cherries that Cevit chose are the best among others. As everybody knows, coffee selection is crucial in any Coffee production. These Civets have a great sense of Coffee cherries. Dry and Clean Dry various herbs Roasting Coffee berries Poun...

Which option is the best while visiting to Europe?

Image
Many people asked me how to go to Europe and which is the best way to join a tour agency and to go free and easy.  My suggestion is _ Go free and easy, managing your trip as you wish if you want to visit only one country.  In contrast, you should choose the option of travelling with tour groups if you want to visit several countries simultaneously.  The Advantages of Agency (1) Using a huge coach, travelling for long journeys between two cities or countries is very convenient and saves more time to visit many places. You can leave your belongings on the bus while you wander around the new place as bringing many items can be stressful. The mode of free and easy may give you trouble carrying many bags along your journey.  (2) You can get the best travel itinerary for your visa. Also, you don't need to stress to book many hotels and transportation. (3) You don't need to waste time finding food and restaurants in new places. They can suggest the location, pri...
